4. Governance Model & Team
4.1 Governance
In the future, UNIPLAT plans to form a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) and integrate part of its operations with DAO community members. We will charge a participation fee that will be pooled and used to fund development activities once a democratic decision is made. To evolve UNIPLAT into a platform that users can easily use and explore, it will grow into an SDG with active participation.
The DAO model allows users to govern the Uniplat platform using the UPT token to vote on DAO proposals.
● Standard DAO mechanics: 1 UPT = 1 vote
● Using off-chain voting i.e., snapshots using DAO tooling such as Aragon DAO or others
After token release, UNIPLAT founding members will manage the organization centrally for some time but will gradually shift towards a DAO structure.

Mr. Tokinori Terada, Founder and CEO (UNIFY PLATFORM AG)
Tokinori Terada is Chief Executive Officer and Founder at UNIFY PLATFORM AG.
Tokinori is also an engineer and has developed all equipment components such as computers and mechatronics for composite semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Therefore, he has a wide range of knowledge in chemistry, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.
Tokinori is also the CEO and Founder of Chemiteras* and runs several companies, including one with micromachining technology.
* Chemiteras : Focusing on drug development for Alzheimer’s disease, cancer and rare diseases, development of environmental protection technology, development of new energy, etc.
